Customer rights regarding the processing of personal data

Right to withdraw consent.  If the Customer has given the Data Controller an explicit consent to the processing of his data, the Customer may revoke that consent at any time by notifying the e-mail address  info@talentator.com . The data controller shall, without undue delay, but no later than one month after receipt of the request, provides information by post on the actions taken upon receipt of the Customer’s request regarding the implementation of the Customer’s rights.

Right of access to your personal data.  The Customer may contact the Data Controller at any time to inquire whether the Data Controller processes any of the Customer’s personal data. If the Data Controller stores or uses the Customer’s personal data in any way, the Customer has the right to access them. In order to do so, the Customer submits a written request to the Data Controller at the following e-mail address info@talentator.com , confirming his / her identity.

Right to request more information.  If the Customer has any questions about the use of his personal data, he can contact the Data Controller at the following e-mail address  info@talentator.com .

The right to be forgotten.  In certain circumstances specified in the data processing legal acts (when personal data is processed illegally, the basis for data processing has disappeared, etc.), the Customer has the right to request that the Data Controller delete the Customer’s personal data. In order to do so, the Customer submits a written request to the Data Controller at the following e-mail address  info@talentator.com , confirming his / her identity.

Other rights.  The Customer has the right to ask the Data Controller to correct any inaccuracies in the available data. In this case, the Data Controller may ask the Customer to confirm the corrected information. The Customer has the right to transfer the data received from the Customer by the Data Controller with the consent of the Customer or for the purposes of concluding the contract. The Customer has the right to request the Data Controller to restrict the processing of the Customer’s personal data or not to process them. The Customer has the right to object to the use of the Customer’s personal data by the Data Controller.
