The information presented in e-learning helps both the private and public sectors to understand the benefits of equal opportunities, despite possible disabilities, sex, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion of employees or customers.
This e-learning is for personnel specialists, individuals in leadership positions within organizations, employers, and labor union representatives. The role of the employer is to ensure unified, collective work, be empathetic, and to be able to make the right decisions. These trainings are useful for all who seek to prevent discrimination in work relationships or help solve related conflicts.
This training discusses situations when employees are discriminated based on sex, age, disability, social status, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, and so on; possible ways of solving these situations and information about institutions investigating cases of discrimination in the workplace are also given.
Situations depicting cases of discrimination in the workplace are shown in videos. Each case is supplemented with a talk from an expert. General and statistical information is pictured in illustrations and animations. Sound is used throughout the course. At the end of each lesson, interactive exercises are carried out to fortify the information learned.
