Introduce employees and managers with the wage management system in their corporate group.

What information is presented?

This e-training clarifies what employee wages depend on, what positions and wage levels exist in the company, and which criteria employee wages are set and changed by. The training is finished by a simulation of a conversation, in which a conversation between a supervisor and employee is initiated after assessing wages.
